Who We Are

Heritage and Roots

USA Ski Jumping is the National Leadership Organization for the original Olympic discipline of Ski Jumping in the United States. Founded in 2007, USA Ski Jumping is a 501 (c)(3) committed to ensuring the survival and success of Ski Jumping throughout the country. Built by alumni and driven by former athletes, we are focused on growing and promoting our sport while operating international elite team programs with the goal to be the best in the world. USA Ski Jumping “Elite Athletes” represent the best in the country in their sport and compete as a team at the national and international levels.

When USA Ski Jumping was established, its primary objective was to support men’s Ski Jumping Elite Athletes. Since then, the organization has expanded — supporting the women’s Ski Jumping team, as well as youth and athlete development efforts.

Looking to the Future

Today, USA Ski Jumping is responsible for funding National Team athletes and coaches and also oversees all youth development initiatives in the U.S. in an effort to grow the sport. We work closely with 30+ clubs, (700+ young athletes) nationwide to support efforts at the local, regional and national levels. We utilize our Ski Jumping expertise as a platform to encourage positive, healthy lifestyles to gain new participants and propel existing members into international competition.

We are headquartered in Park City, Utah, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics, and maintain a staff of 20+. In 2017, Women's Ski Jumping USA joined USA Ski Jumping as a way to further unify and strengthen the U.S. presence in the field. In October 2018, USANS opened our first European office in Slovenia to provide a base camp for our athletes and coaches year-round. We represent the dreams of skiers across the country, all looking to us to give them a path forward to success.
